Our Story: Little Gavin and I
Born Bright Foods was created from the struggles of finding healthy, fresh and convenient baby food in Vancouver, BC. After becoming an auntie to a little munchkin named Gavin, Carla started realizing that there are no fresh, truly nutritious and convenient baby food options, which support modern parents to feed their little ones.
With her knowledge as a dietitian, and truly believing that there should be a more nutritious alternative to the heat-treated baby foods from the shelves, Carla and Little Gavin founded Born Bright Foods. A line of fresh baby food meals that provide convenience, freshness, and balanced nutrition for your little ones.
Our fresh baby meal line up is perfect for letting your baby try different flavours, minus the sweat and the clean-up!
We’re on a mission to bring Canada the freshest and yummiest baby food using quality ingredients. We envision a healthier generation by offering nutrient-dense baby and toddler meals that taste great to kids and convenient for parents.
From the local produce we source, to our gentle cooking processes we ensure your little one gets a high quality product on their table.
Our fresh baby food contains no added sugar, preservatives, additives, thickeners or colours. It is as close to homemade as you will find.
All our baby blends are handmade by real people under a quality safety plan.
Everything we do is based in our shared purpose of transforming the lives of our next generation. It’s why we set out on this challenging, yet wonderful journey of changing baby food through fresh and quality ingredients. It’s the impact that we make, whether that be nourishing the next generation, or simply saving parents an hour of their time in the kitchen. It’s what makes the power of what we do that much richer.
